Welcome to the Maniototo Rugby Football Club Video channel. We hope you enjoy your visit and Our Rugby.
The Maniototo Rugby Club was established in 1998 after the amalgamation of the Gimmerburn Patearoa and Ranfurly Clubs. The Maniototo name better describes the locality of the player base. The blue and red colours of the rugby jersey have the history of the amalgamated clubs, the Ranfurly crest is still worn. Practices and matches are played in Ranfurly at Maniototo Park unless ground conditions require a shift to Gimmerburn. The Maniototo Plain is situated in the heart of Central Otago..

Sorry i did not reply to your last message sooner. i was a small bit busy. so how did you get into rugby then? also did you see the Ireland vs Wales six-nations match finals. it was amazing and best of all...... IRELAND WON!!!!!!!! First GRANDSLAM in 61 years. now we just have to actully beat NewZealand for once. i dont think we have ever beeten ye. well munster did but thats munster
