Aug 2011: So fast forward to 2011, FEMA money was spent and a rockwall was put up in back of my property. It has stood healthy through 2 storms the last being Hurricane Irene this past weekend August 28-29th here in west Nyack. No flooding for us but down a few houses sadly this did not hold true.
