Hello! I am on day 4 of my vlcd and have lost 7 lbs! I know this is going to work, but I need some advice...I have not had ANY energy! And I have days when I am really hungry...I think I am so use to STUFFING my face so much all day that my body is in shock. I think on one of your vlogs, you said that pottasium would help with this blah feeling. if you could give me advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I really do want to sick with this...By the way, you look amazing...congratulations! You are the reason I started this diet...my daughter heard about it at the hospital she works at and told me about all the amazing results, and then I started researching on the internet because it sounded to good to be true and I am skeptical...tried many diets before and failed. But you are my fav blogger and you helped convince me that this will work and even though I have just started, It really is amazing! Thank you

Hey you i am going to do the diet thing as soon as it comes in the mail. I tak prozac every morning. will this effect the diet at all. I also take a fish oil and a prenatal vitiamn. I figured I would stop the fish oil but can I still take the prenatal vitamin. I take it to make my hair grow not cause I wanna have kids soon. lol Let me know please. Im gonna start posting videos soon also. Oh and should I take the shots during my periods? They last for like 4 days. Any information will help. thanks me dear and i love your videos!

I feel great and I am not hungry. After the 15 day mixture is gone do I just mix the next batch and continue till the 40 days.? My goal is 40lbs. When the 40 days are up is that when I can do the great recipes everybody is posting?
