Hi, Ahmad. I am am pretty much living on decaf drinks, water, Atkins protein drinks, salad, lowfat cottage cheese and sugar free Jello-O. My weight went from 181 to 190 in a couple of weeks. WTH?! I do your cardio week 1 and 2, and I get on the elliptical for 20-30 minutes 5 days a week. I am disabled, so my body cannot handle more than that. My back is SHOT. But my doc. says 20-30 minutes I am allowed. I cut out fast food and junk. I had weight loss surgery and lost 190 lbs in a little over a yr. But now I've gained back a little over 15 lbs. WHY? I am eating healthier than I ever have, and I exercise. I NEVER used to do that! I cannot eat huge amounts of food, nor can I drink while I eat.
