06wade06 I love becoming healthy because it gives me a chance to take the normal healthy rules, and modify and make them work for my body. Everyone has a different genetic make up. This determines how our bodies use the fuels we intake before activities. I would suggest in your case to have a protein smoothie, or fruit an hour before your workout. As for fluids...just have a sip every 15-20 mins of strenuous activity. Do what feels good...ok?~ahmad

What s the best exercise for toning the muscle where your upper arm and chest meet; right where your arm pit begins?? Ugh my anatomy and physiology teacher would be disappointed at my terminology lol..

hey Ahmad, i need help? ive just watched your video on "Questions and Answers: How Do I Eat Before And After Cardio Workouts?" and i find it hard to workout on empty, i am quite skinney, and barley have any fat on me as i have a high metabolism so i dont really have any fat to burn, i want to build muscle but was woundering is there anything that i could possibly do to gain a bit of weight, and i wanted to know about the amount of water i should drink and at what time should i drink water, because i find when i drink water before i do my ab workout i find i get a bit of a pain in the stomach and a sickening feeling. if you could help me out that would be great thanks =)

Thanks Ahmad...yes that helps.. hope to achieve results am doing cardio no resistance .. thanks for your help ..:) ..have added your links on to a challenge im doing on fat secret website to help motivate me to lose 10 kg weight...trying to get " team mates" to join me too..:) got 4 people so far hope to get at least 10.. starts monday .. will let you know how I get on ... love the vids cos the short sharp and verrry good music!!! :)
