Well I will note one flaw in Daredevil: Born again. When Matt gets hit by a car nobody helps and the traffic berates him. Not just some, or most, but all. I know some people will give themselves excuses for being assholes and say, "That's how people really are." No, that's how sociopaths are. That's the big critism of a lot of Miller's work many characters and stories lack humanity.

I remember being told, that you can tell a character is horribly done when they can be defined as a sociopath without actually being intended to be one.
