Well well, Gullytale, That my friend is a very workable idea. It most certainly can be looked at like that and makes a lot of sense. No harm done in that view. I often say to others, that we could all sit in a room together and read from the Quran, and each of us may take something diferent from the same verse, depending on our hearts minds and inspiration. I understand the Cross as something more than Jesus being tortured and suffering and death for the sins of others. You are letting yourself down speaking like this Makeme. Even the Qu'ran speaks about that event, whatever it was, as only "seeming that way" - with the sense that it seemed Isa suffered and died, and that's all it was - the end of it. The Qu'ran does allow for other possibilities from my reading there. The 'Cross', at least symbolically, speaks to me about the 'great Jihad' - spiritual battle - death to self. Jesus did say to take up the cross and follow. To 'destroy the Cross' as Isa is said to come and do in the Qu'ran at the end - does not necessarily mean destroy Christianity - but might infer that there might be no further need of the 'Cross' - 'greater Jihad' - 'death to self' etc - as the time for such has come to an end. God is ALL in ALL.

I like what you say in your 'interests' section. Though not a Muslim - I have very good Muslim friends who would put some 'christians' to utter shame. As would some Muslims do the same for Christians. We are one race, brothers and sisters all;, and I believe till we really acknowledge, realise, know, live that for what it truly is - we'll never be able to 'see' the one Creator of all of us.

You would think the Christians would be grateful to find out that Christ did not get tortured and die on the cross for their sins. But no, they like the idea of a man they worship suffering and dying and nailed to a cross for their sins. Now ask yourself why, predominately the Churches remain whistling in the wind? Where has everyone been/gone? Is it because they know something is wrong somewhere? It seems there are ppl who know not a single thing about the Holy Prophet or Islam, yet preach like they do. They are like tadpoles in the ocean, waaaay out of their depth. Where does one begin to educated the un - educatable? Answers on a postcard pls.

When jesus returns he will rule the entire earth ! there will be a knew heaven and a knew earth Most of the muslims who followed Muhammad will be dead. They will die in the battle of Armagedon by GODS hand. If you have studied muhammad you should no that he was basicly a pagon from the start.
