that only works only with solo juggernaut if he has good team and cares juggernaut can go entire round without deaths and if he took ballistic vest before the juggernaut suit he will be invincible.
Nobody anymore cares about team work.... only with friends you can have effective use the riot shield.

@AAisthebombMCRmy Well actually there is a multiplayer version but it can only be played on cracked version and it only works in LAN since online it has over 999 ping, and only few people are granted to files to add-on Skyrim to play it.
