Some one can rape and murder a child and gets less time and walk the streets again - you tell me who's the monster. The system failed him, its time the justice system gets their shit together and look at how stupid and cruel this is to keep him in their that long.

Its sad to spend that long in prison and he did not kill any one, and you can kill some one and spend less time go figure. Did they think in the begining to give him counseling or rehabilitaion - that may have made a big difference, the system did fail him as much as the authoritys would like to ...
