About this user

Magnus debuted professionally on stage with the Norwegian National Opera at the age of 10 in their production of 'Carmen'. His next big production was the touring production of the Norwegian Christmas musical 'Putti Plutti Pott' where he played the lead character of 'Kalle'. A character he went on to play for three years in a row, before he inevitably grew out of the part.
In the summer of 2000 at the age of 12 , he got the part of 'Young Simba' in the first Norwegian touring production of 'The Lion King'. His next big project was at the age of 15, where he put on a show based on the music of Elton John. The show was a sell out event, got a five star review in the 'Harstad Times' and really put Magnus' name on the map.
After that he moved to Tromso to gain an Artium in Music, Acting and Dance at Kongsbakken VGS. During that time he worked on his songwriting, and in 2005 at the age of 18 he released the album 'A day in August' which recieved four stars in both 'Harstad Times' and 'the Northern Lights Magazine'. Just before the release he was featured on the Norwegian television show 'Rythmic Oase', where he was interviewed as well as premiering one of the songs from the album 'Her Last Ride'. Two years later another song from the album, 'The Land over the Rainbow' reached 5 in the Summer hit of the Year 2007.
The same year he moved to Liverpool to start his degree in Performing Arts at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. While in Liverpool he has taken part in several productions both in and outside LIPA including; Andrew Lloyd Webber and Ben Elton's 'the Boys in the Photograph' (World Premiere Cast), A gala evening of Song (UK Tour), Little Women, 'Working' the Musical, Selling England by the Pound, and most recently 42nd street in the Empire Theatre. In November 2009 Magnus performed at the Children in Need Spectical in Blackpool, produced by Big One Productions. he performedalong side some of britains most popular singers.

Magnus is Currently working for Belinda King as a principal vocalist.
