i'm confused. what's the purpose of pairing off?

wow these stereotypes are so...out of nowhere. i've never heard of these.

Oddly enough, I don't see anything wrong with this. I mean, it's not like only the wife has other partners, it's mutual. And they seem totally happy with their lifestyle.

amy's family is so superficial. after a makeover they're all like, "wow, there's my amy! you're so pretty! i totally love you now!"

what's the point of this? it's not like they can detach themselves and "break up" with their parents and siblings

she's a really nice person and this may seem controversial, but i understand why she's doing what she's doing. and the show should be showing the flaws of society rather than criticize her

i feel like tyra's manipulating their words and she's always repeating their age and grade and she points out every little mistake in their answers. i'm not supporting this, but it's really not as ridiculous as the show makes it out to be
