@Geggan5 Im not trying to say that you are wrong. But from what I can see he is inhaling. If he wasn't he wouldn't be particularly high. Keeping smoke in your mouth might give you a high or not, and it doesn't matter if its medical or something else....ITS ALLLL GOOOOD.
