Terrorism is the fault of terrorists, absolutely. I was just trying to say that if you want to blame Clinton, I can go back further and blame Reagan/Bush.

It was Clinton's fault because most of the planning happened during his term.

Did most of the planning for the '93 bombings happen during Bush Sr.'s term? If so, you have a point, but that's pretty minor compared to 9/11.

I'm tired of hearing how terrorism is Clinton's fault, like in a recent Zo video. How about the Reagan/Bush policies that triggered Islamic hatred of the U.S.? How about that the '93 WTC Bombing happened in Clinton's first year? How many times have we heard that 9/11 is Clinton's fault because it happened in Dubya's first year?
