Its just a game and the developers are just fucking with us and having a laugh hahaha. I love the whole ancient alien concept that unfolds throughout the games and think it is clever as hell. The concept is becoming ever more present in the media too and is also present in the Mass Effect series.

Not sure if this is relevant any more but that option was added in a firmware update about 2 years ago bro. Its in the settings some where in the personalized menu. I haven't used my N95 in about two years now and I remember it having that option at the time via an update.

If you've got the new patch for the game the companions now show up as triangles on the world map, find him and tell him to follow you cause for some reason they tend to stay behind sometimes.
