No this is very bad - here is why:

1) Upstream (upload) is severely limited - it should be 100/100Mbit - anything else is a joke.

2) The test is done with PLDT's server.

3) The downstream isn't even close to 100Mbit - from PLDT's own server!!

For a proper test - benchmark international servers ...
