i had my arm lift, with a breast lift as well, yesterday. my advice to anyone contemplating this surgery is, do at least a month of pilates in advance of your surgery, b/c when your arms are compromised, you'll really appreciate your core strength in moving about.

hi, thanks for this tutorial. i have made one styrofoam project b4, and the biggest issue i had was getting the latex paint to stick to it. i brushed it on, and it kept seperating and beading up. eventually with several coats, i got all the pink covered. any suggestions? thanks!
