In December 1996, Lynesa L. Williams was at the height of her career. Despite the fact that she was very successful in corporate America, she knew something major was missing in her life. She had no clue what it was, but realized she had to figure it out. That led her to embark upon a journey to discover her WHY -- her true purpose of existence.

"If your WHY doesn't make you cry, it's not strong enough," says Lynesa. "The WHY behind us all should be filled with the LOVE of who we are. What we yearn to do, long to do, would do for free...it is the LOVE in our WHY that makes us cry, and ultimately fly."

After two years of deep study in the book of Proverbs 31, Lynesa finally understood that life is about LOVING yourself through every opportunity as well as obstables that may come your way. Ultimatley, Lynesa learned to start "Living LYNESA" - Loving Yourself Now Empowers Situations Ahead.

Lynesa is able to talk the talk because she has definitively walked the walk — a walk filled with pain, uncertainty, fear, and ultimately joy and blessings. She has been through what so many of us have been through...instability, problems with our home life, children, partners, finances, and the stark and painful reality that somewhere along the line she had somehow lost herself.

Lynesa Williams is currently a Rising Leader in Ariix and the inspirational founder of The P31 Woman In Training -- an amazing organization that teaches WOMEN how to become a True Proverbs 31 Woman by discovering their passion and purpose; ultimately, leading them to become WISE women, wives, mothers, and entrepreneurs.

Lynesa is based in Los Angeles and is a proud mother of twin daughters, Jasmine and Jessica and one son, Stephen.

PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS IN NETWORK MARKETING

Area Developer: I've been responsible for the opening, organizing, scheduling, training, recruiting, leadership development and team building in the following cities: Nashville, TN - Orlando, FL - Detroit, MI - Las Vegas, NV - Los Angeles, CA, Oakland, CA

Recruiter: In every new start-up city, I averaged a minimum of 37 recruits per week. In a company of 24,000 representatives, I was listed as the # 3 recruiter.

Trainer/Supervisor: I was responsible for all of the training in each of my local areas. This included training module development, Team Building, Leadership Development, Effective Communication Skills, Closing a sale, Overcoming objections, weekly training classes, and certification training.

Seminar Presenter: I conducted two (2) hours seminars a minimum of twice a week with an audience between 75 -- 150 people. The seminars were geared at educating individuals on several wealth building strategies (Financial Calculations, Real Estate Financing, Investing, Budgeting, Debt Elimination, Tax Strategies, etc.) I am great at taking the abstract and breaking it down to the simplest form so that even a child can understand.

Accomplishments:
2005 -- Voted Rookie of the Year for the company

2006 -- MVP of company and received a X-Type Jaguar and Breitling Timepiece - In 2006, I was promoted to District Leader and my team was responsible for generating over $60,000,000 worth of business to the company which netted the company $2,400,000 in income.

2007 -- Nominated into the $250,000+ Income Earners Club and Received a Van de Plas Jaguar - And in 2007, I was promoted to Regional Manager and my team was responsible for over generating over $98,500,000 worth of business to the company which netted the company $3,900,000 in income.
