I am using you tube to further my knowledge on Lyme and how to eradicate it from my body. I have been infected with Lyme and its nasty co infections 4 separate times.Age 9: NJ: Undiagnosed, No antibiotics, symptomatic on and off, joint pain: knees, back, neck, c student
Age 20: Newport, CT (Hospitalized; released Undiagnosed) No antibiotics, severely symptomatic, bedded; 2 months.
Age 25: NJ: Undiagnosed, no antibiotics, severely symptomatic, nearly 2 years, unable to work, EM dismissed as spider bite.
Age 36: NJ: Diagnosed, Treated, Intramuscular and oral antibiotics on and off for 3 years, still severely symptomatic, unable to work, multiple EM.
This exposure is different for me in 2 ways: I was given a diagnosis and "treated", and I have been what I like to call "on hiatus", almost 5 years now. The first 3 years under LLD antibiotic care. I have been treating myself for the last 2 years. I'm feeling like I'm about 50 percent in my recovery process. In Between those episodes of being in a Lyme bubble I lived a very happy, exciting and fulfilling life, and I am anxious to get back to it.
I have been drinking eco unsmoked yerba mate, about 3 years now, throughout the day, I normally dont drink it after around 5. You WILL experience relief of symptoms within 5-10 minutes, including pain reduction, cellular energy, and mental clarity. This is my heavy hitter, the one thing I couldn't do without. As with anything new, you have to start out slow, 1 to 3 cups or glass a day.

Here is what I do: 1/3c loose tea in an 8qt pot full of cold water (preferably filtered) bringing it almost a boil signified by little wisps of steam, or tiny bubbles. (Try not to let it boil, but it does happen. I drink this hot or cold, but never with ice. I cool the tea to room temp, strain it, and store in fridge for ease. This will last me 2-3 days depending on how I feel, and what i have to do. (no sugar or artificial sweetener. Those are bad, If you are new to the no sugar thing than may I suggest Stevia, Orange zest, Mint, Hibiscus flowers, Green jasmine tea can also be added to the water to flavor your elixir.) I like to add some damiana if nerve pain is very bad. Damiana is also a mood enhancer, and not in a weird way. I will add hibiscus flowers if I am feverish. The tea can be adjusted with different herbs to fit your personal needs.
Emergen C, I take 2 in the morning: super orange, Cherry and Raspberry are my faves. http://www.emergenc.com/
Try to drink at least 2 tsp. Braggs apple cider vinegar a day in at least 8 oz. of water.

I use Allergy Research Group much cheaper from lucky vitamins. (and it is still expensive)
Grass Fed Raw Milk and Colostrum (Immune Building and supporting)
Sylimarin (Milk Thistle Extract)
Ashwagandaha (helps body adapt to stress)
Melatonin (for restful sleep)
Chi Vitalizer looks crazy but there is pain relief, cardio and respiratory happening here. 3x per day 15 min, Some times more or less depending.
I have recently began treatment
with the MRS2000+

Juicing is also a wonderful way to jolt your body with nutrients, macro greens yum.
IV and IM vitamin therapy is a blessing if you can afford it.
The road has been long, the research tedious, trials are character building, and the rewards have yet to be revealed. That is what I have to say about my Lyme conundrum.
