Lift Up Your Hands Ministries, (LUYHM) is a ministry of Sign-mime. Sign-mime is a combination of American Sign Language for the Deaf and pantomime. It is done to Contemporary Christian, Gospel and Inspirational music.

Our mission is to spread the gospel through Sign-mime and to minister to those in need by exhorting, uplifting and winning souls to Christ Jesus.

Lift Up Your Hands Ministries was founded in 1993 by Founder and Director Karen L. Rush. A few years before that, the Lord had placed on Karen's heart to interpret Gospel songs through the medium of Sign-mime.

"Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord." --Psalms 134:2
