I think people have the wrong idea about cars like this one. People dont build things like this to fast, practical or fuel efficient, they do it because they're a hobby, fun to build and own, and people like seeing them at car shows. Thats about it.

@allyour85 the bike will never win mate, yeah it may have a better power to weight ratio but the car will handle better than a bike due to the fact it has more holding it to the road. Take a F1 car and a MotoGP bike, the F1 will beat it every time.
