This girl has talent waaaay beyond her years. She can not only shred, but has the nuances to play the riffs of Jake E Lee, one of my favorite all time guitarists. She really has her stuff together. Not a lot of shredders could actually play this song as well.

A true master at work. One of my favorite pieces of music. Larry spoke about being in "the zone" in one of his interviews - and yes he was in the zone here. You can tell the notes go right from his head or heart and directly to the fretboard.

man that whole band was smoking, great bass work as well as guitar. Atrud's vocals were a little "pitchy" but that's because it's not her vocal style.

@spicecrop the solo is tough enough at the original speed. if anything they should slow it down a notch :)

looking back, this was some very ambitious music. awesome song and video.

@jdenicholls I don't like all his music, but I certainly like much of it. Have you heard "Call It Sleep" from his Flexable album? That's a beautiful Jazz influenced piece.

It took me years to figure out who Larry Carlton reminded me of...Joe Montana - yes Larry is the Joe Montana of the guitar. And I absolutely love BB King!! Very dear guitarist/singer.

@RushFanPix Absolutely. This piece is a beautiful exploration. Starts out very simple, then you just follow along and the changes are gorgeous and Steve's playing is just magic. No one else can do what he does.

I think Larry has been to the Zone more than any other player in history :)

this is my first time seeing this...absolutely love it. I think more than anyone he captured the Yngwie style with his beautiful sweeping, picking and tone. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't realize how good Jason Becker really was. His technique was astonishing!!

she's just a musical genius, I wonder if she plays piano because with her talent she could've played mulitple instruments just as well. it's great though that she has that kind of passion for the guitar.

this girl can play anything! one of the runs she did reminded me a lot of Shawn Lane, there's just no bounds to this girls playing. it's amazing what you get when a young person is not only a genius, but very inspired as well to be the best she can be.

god this guy had some CHOPS! guys like Vinnie Moore are brilliant and worked out a complex system of these types of licks, but it seems like it was just very instinctive for Yngwie in his teens. Just a genius.
