I used mixed chicks leave in when I had heat damage, it helped alot. I t took my hair almost two months to revert back to my curl pattern. I went to the salon and had it flat ironed, NEVER again. One more thing, try twist outs, it is supposed to encourage the curl pattern of the hair. Good Luck!!!!
