The silvery ring of the hammer, the warm piano tone, the precision drumming, & the bouncy bass throughout the song....the way he goes, "way...down...DEEEEP" and adds a ghostly whisper near the end of the song...all fun listeni...

The acoustic guitar makes the tune for me

This song always makes me smile, and the bad dancing in the vid makes me smile, too

The lyrics aren't really deep, but it doesn't matter, because the emotional satisfaction from listening to song is VERY deep.:)

The way Buddy would go from being soft to loud in concert made for many mesmerizing and jolting moments in nearly every song. The man is spellbinding in a live setting.

With the detuned guitars, it's not a song that I'd normally be inclined to like, but it really works for me once that chorus kicks in.

For such a depressing song, it's always made me feel good to hear it

Saw this band opening for All TIme Low back in '09. Never heard of them, but they were energetic and really had the crowd hopping. They had a pleasant sound, but didn't really seem distinctive from a lot of other acts out there. Still, it was a fun show!

@TheMjblades "Sweetheart of the Sun" isn't an album I instantly took to heart like I instantly loved"Everything" and "Doll Revolution", but I find it's definitely growing on me, too! But I miss Michael's harmonies and bass playing, all the same.

Gina Schock is a seriously underrated drummer. he rbeats are harder to play than most people realize. Her hands, her right hand especially, pulsate with a power like the beat of hummingbird wings. Her entry into the band propelled the band to a professional sound!

Always thought this song would be perfect for a rocking Halloween party.
