I had to quit, also because of an injury. My growth plates in my wrist were not growing due to my ever so struggling attempts at back handsprings. I wish you the very best, and I too will continue to go for my dream.
I can do it now! Thank you guys so much! Your videos are all so great, but I have one question. The first time I did this, my shoulders were hurting. Would I just do my gymnastics shoulder stretches, or will it just eventually go away? Thank you.
