I'm a huge rugby union and cricket fan, having played rugby union as a tight head prop.
I am involved in educational outreach as part of my job, teaching in school, at conferences, and lecturing on the authenticity of the Apollo moon landings. In the last 12 months alone I have spoken to audiences of 4000+ .
I have no issues with people having alternative views, as I believe that is part of scientific progression. What I take issue to is apparent 'twuth' seekers when upon asking questions, and are provided with the answer, continue with the same mantra or runaway when pressed. Only to be seen two weeks later, carrying on like some scratched record.
Ralph Rene: Don't get me started on this gibbon. Ralph was a yob, a crude mouth piece, a sensationalist, and a cultural vandal. He claims to have proven the moon landings were staged using physical proofs, yet was bowled over by Archimedes principle. I wouldnt take my car to a garage that was unreliable, so find it hard to believe any of his claims regarding the Apollo moon landings. When I discuss Ralph's alternative beliefs as part of my lecture, it is usually enough to draw a laugh and make people realise that his claims are empty.
