@mmdaniels33 - Well if a swap into a crx or del sol with slight mods would be fair then how bout a swap into an mx3 as well with slight mods? The mx3 will win. I know because my v6 mx6 with CAI will beat a b16 del sol with CAI and that's with the KLDE.

Must've been the lower model rx8. The top model will run in the mid 14's stock or lower. The vw is low 15's maybe high 14's stock.

@mazda2284 - are you sure it's modded beyond what the factory computer can control? I have a 96 mx6 and it's probably more modded than yours. never had a check engine light until i swapped in the jdm intake manifold. what are your mods?

@yzfr6003 - what sounds like shit? any car can sound like shit. it all depends on the quality of the exhaust. if it's not stainless steel it will not sound as nice.

It looks to me like they did a 1st gear pull to 3rd. If it was the SI wouldve lost further. 3rd gear it looks like the speed3 started to pull hard and then he let off. I bet the speed3 wouldve had the SI by over a car or 2 if they wouldve went through 4th.

@haroldheard - its not about the size of the engine but how much power a car has. I've beaten v8's in my v6 mx6.

I too think these broadheads are awesome! I bought them at the end of the year when they were cheap. Shot a doe early fall and to my amazement the entry and exit looked like it was shot with a gun. The doe went 40yrds and was done. I'll continue shooting them.

What are the mods on both cars? 1/4 mile times if you've ever been to the track. Mx6 will do better on stock rims cause they're probably lighter.

The reason I love the 6 so much and am very very happy I went with one is because the way the motor sounds! You will not find any other v6 car that will have the sexy sound that the 6 makes!
