About cloud-seeding...
I'm not an avid supporter. I'm aware that seeding is done in the states to prevent severe hail from downing crops. That seems perfectly legit to me. By starting precipitation early by seeding, the cloud is less capable of sustaining the vigorous updrafts which hold up large hailstones - so less damage ensues. It's only a matter of pounds in clouds. Not megatons spread widely in the upper stratosphere worldwide which was the original proposal content (Edward Teller) which so supports the "chemtrail conspiracy". Apparently.
