You are right - You can burn 400-500 cals per hour. BUT don't forget they are doing low intensity stuff atm, so won't be burning anywhere near that. More like 200-300 per hour

Yeah, they are allowed to eat back the calories they burn off to their maximum daily allowance. What people don't realise is that although it is a show, and a game, the producers etc have to take their health into consideration first. So they do it legally etc :-)

Yes, but you are also throwing away all the cholestrol too. I don't agree that you shouldn't eat the yolk at all, just not tons of it. I have 2 eggs a day, and I am losing weight, so can't be that bad ;-)....But for these ppl, I guess they need as little cholestrol as they can get....

I wish I could join the biggest loser and lose weight. I'm really struggling to do it. I've cut meals down to tiny portions, I eat 1200 calories, I work out down the gym and at home....but I just can't lose the weight :(
