This song was banned in Indian by then Governor Matthew Welsh under the guise it had objectionable lyrics. The results of the ban: sales skyrocketed. Sometimes, rare but sometimes, government actually stimulates the economy.

Worse thing EVER invented: panty hose. Take me back to the stockings and garter belts.

I am certainly NOT from this era in music but I must say this song is hauntingly beautiful.

This song is a real time warp for me. Great song, great memories of the music from the mid 60's to very early 70's. After that music turned to crap for the most part.
