I don't think 9/11 was an inside job per say, but I have seen enough evidence that it was more like pearl harbor, they knew the shit was going to happen and took the stance to do nothing so they could they could "show" how dangerous these people were. It is a typical republican response. They use a crisis to push through what they want even if has nothing to do with the legislature or political action they want to enforce. Democrats or no better they just have different tactics for getting what they want.
