Preparation for Becoming Emo

You will need to own:
-jeans tight enough to fit a child
-band hoodies such as MCR and the other bands mentioned on the home page
-studded belts
-gauged earrings and other various body jewelry
-tight and faded shirts with random logos on them that you will purchase from thrift stores
-converse shoes
-a messenger bag covered with pins and patches from the various hardcore shows you have been to
-merchandise with nautical stars (*note* getting this tattooed on is a bonus!)
-clunky black shoes
-a livejournal or other online journal with a screenname such as bloodyxmess


A vital part of being emo is having greasy hair that is black, with some cheesy style such as being short and spiked in the back but with bangs in the front.
