These mutations don't affect intelligence, not enough time has passed. And even if they do, environment is too much of a factor. Genetic predispositions to have lower intelligence is a species variant, not a race one. These predispositions are not prevalent in any race.

No. These behaviours are not genetic. This has been shown by the anthropology foundation. And the genetics vary by small mutations.

Nothing that major. Just different face structure and eyes, skin, and skeleton. Nothing that large to consider a great variation. Mongoloids and caucasoids and negroids all have different skin and eyes. And skull.
