Dogs and humans have an amazing symbiotic relationship. We have one dog that alerts (annoying tho it be) and starts barking when my husband goes into apnea when he's napping w/o his CPAP machine. The other notices every scrape and scratch I happen to get and tries to nurse me by licking the spot.
