Hey man thanks for your pm and your honesty.. i have never worn a condom (johnny) in my life and its Russian Roullette, had a few sleepless nights after the event.. I live in Edinburgh - Scotland, and in the mid 8-s when the heroin epidemiv hit here, we had the worst AIDS and CAPITAL in the WHOLE of Western Europe and the population is only 5 million.. Im so sorry to hear about how you developed HIV at 1st and i admire your honesty for being so open.. I respect you alot for that and i hope somehow you can still enjoy part of your life. I bet you wanna kill the bitch ( i would) but maybe the hate has gone now.. Huge respect from me mate and i wish you well, from the bottom of my heart.. Daveyboy (Scotland)

Well, I finally concluded my documentary. I hope this info is useful to everyone who needs it. I'm not a film maker, so it's a cheaper version than someone who is skilled in this, but it isn't suppose to be a professional job. It's mainly a support channel for people living with HIV/AIDS. But also basic info for those who aren't as well. I hope my points are taken seriously and this documentary will help out others who are struggling with this illness, directly or indirectly. Thanks for the support all of you, it's very much appreciated.

I made my teenager daughter watch your video's Joey, she loved them and plus she was surprise when I told her that our family grown up with your family and that we ALWAYS consider each other cousins. But always she said to me that she wish she could give you a hug because of what your family is doing to you, its so sad she says.

Good for you Joe, it takes a lot of guts to put yourself out there and share your life with everyone in order to help others. You should be very proud of yourself, it's a really good thing you are doing!! x

Hi Joey, just wanted to say loves these videos that you are doing. They are so educational and that is so good because lots of people don't know nothing about this.

Ps, it was so good seeing and hearing your voice again but its to bad it was only in a video. Miss you guys!

This is a homemade documentary about my life as a straight guy living with AIDS not just HIV and the obstacles that I have to face still to this day, in a city that has a reputation for being the "gay capital" of Canada. I want to show everyone that not all HIV+ males here are homosexual, most are but there's a small percentage of us that are straight. I want to show you what life is like for me on a daily basis. I'm doing this on my own and want to show people my inner strength, despite the rejections from all around and without a lot of support, YOU can do it on your own. But my main focus here is to demonstrate what one may have to deal with if they neglect their HIV meds and the importance of them to stay healthy. DON'T DO WHAT I DID...IT'S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
