This channel will not only be my personal channel but it will also be a place for me to post some of my team's videos. The team is called F.L.M. (F.ree L.ife M.ovement). From this team we hope to produce something positive in the future..cough...world domination...for the arts and disciplines of Parkour and Free Running. Our secondary aim is to keep negativity off the streets of Leeds, the Art Gallery especially, looking at the crisis it appears to be going through. We are doing this with help from youth workers such as Shane Fenton and various other members of the Leeds Youth Services with our final aim to help people gain a better understanding of what we do. Members of F.L.M. include Adam Beer (Melonhead), Wayne Beer (TW), Greeny, Louis Blaire (The Black Guy), myself and Victer.

I get asked this a lot, so I'll tell you, the 'FS' in my e-mail comes from an old free running team I was in, so does the 'lostX' in 'lostXliam. So there you have it, you now know, but those good ol' days are over and I must still look ahead.
