Bleach is the most effective disinfectant in homeless shelters. Especially if there are bio-germ warfare engineers from foreign governments testing swine flu on skid row. Because it didnt come from a pig farm in the south.

Some of the missions use lemon disinfectant instead of bleach because it smells better. Bleach kills 99% of germs.

Joe who runs Downtown LA LaborReady is a life saver, if you need a $9-a-nite bed @ URM. It aint no wiengart hostel. It's suppposed to be a mission. Try and get some bus tokens from GR office.

URM is charging the homeless $9 for a nite's stay. No way a homeless person can eat, bus around, look for labor jobs, can afford that.
