Take a multimeter (even a cheap one is good) connect it to the battery and on the meter set 20v dc, see what is the voltage in your battery! If it is below 12.08 volt you should change the battery... most of them wont work again...

If it sais more then 12.08 charge it with an apposit instrument (...
