Lordstone Tran began drawing at the age of six in his native country, Vietnam. When he and his family came to the United States in 1975, he began studying art at the Art Academy under the direction of many gifted artists. Soon, he received scholarships at the academy and other scholarships followed with attendance of additional art schools.
Lordstone has developed his own distinctive style in a variety of mediums, including oil, acrylic, pastels and charcoal. Through inspiration and dedication, he has created beautiful landscapes, stilllifes, and portrait paintings. His works are found in numerous churches, celebreties' homes, private or corporate collections throughout the country and internationally.
