Not bad but I think he's 'slacking' the high E and B strings down an octave to get a fuller and not so tinny sound but I haven't tried it yet.Of course it could be just the way he mixes his dual pickup setup with the extra pickup slanted across the low strings to accentuate them.

Probably the most 'believable' character on the show. I always to forward to the scenes where Alvarez is a big part because he sells it so well you forget he's just playing a role. I definitely like to see more Emilio and not just on SOA
