6 Car Digital Racing is here.
FDSC is a small Club in West London (Fulham/Hammersmith). You are welcome to visit. £2 for an entire night of 6 car racing for non-members. (23 members we have so far)
Apparently if you want to get into Formula 1 like Lewis Hamilton it costs upwards of £8000 a year to start off in karting. If you don't have access to that kind of cash but would still like the thrill of driving a car in competition, just think "32 times smaller" and you are in the world of 1:32 scale Digital Scalextric model motor racing. Safe and affordable adrenalin racing against 5 other racing drivers for 3 to 6 hours.
We race Nascars, Mini Coopers, LeMans endurance type cars, Formula One, Touring Cars and more.

Available anywhere in England for
• CORPORATE EVENTS
• EXHIBITIONS
• PARTIES
• WEDDINGS
We offer adrenalin racing with 6 cars on the circuit.
We provide all the cars.
We use pitstop fuel strategy with the amount of fuel in your car having a direct effect on the speed and acceleration of your car.
You choose when to pit and how much fuel you need depending on your strategy.
The positions, laptimes, fuel levels and time differences are all displayed in real time as the racing progresses.
With digital the environment of a race is more accurately reflected. Lane length is immaterial. You can be on any lane at any time; The power and lanes being shared by all the cars. You can use the lane-changers and have the choice of lane for a particular corner. No lane to yourself. Work your way through the traffic with patience and skill. Use the pitstops wisely: try to finish the race with an almost empty tank to save time and win the race.

About Me:
At the start of the race the cars are 'heavy' due to running with a full tank. At this stage there is only around 50% of the full throttle available. Obviously the cars are a lot slower but it helps reduce the number of crashes. As the race continues, and the cars burn up the fuel, they get lighter and therefore quicker.
It's totally up to you as to when you go into the pits. You decide how much fuel you need. Choose wisely.
Unlike analogue slot car racing there is no single lane to yourself making this the most realistic slot car racing available to date. You have to work your way through the traffic with patience, skill and etiquette. Indeed if the marshal catches you ramming off a slower opponent he will pick up your car for a few seconds as a punishment.
Overall, digital slot car racing requires a different tactical approach and could accurately be described as the "thinking person's slot car racing".
Different race categories are available
- BMW Mini Cooper races
- Touring Car races (Aston Martin, Porsche, BMW, etc)
- 24 minute LeMans Endurance Car Races (12 or 24 minute race)
- Formula 1 Racing, with crash and burn rules.
(1 crash and you're out of the race, for adults only)
- Nascar Racing (Oval and Road Circuits) (Oval racing is ideal for children)
RULES (updated and revised)
1. Drive with etiquette, no continuous ramming, no break testing, no lane changing when someone is level with you, no continuous tailgating but the occasional bump is allowed. Otherwise the marshall will just pick your car up for a few seconds
2. Do your best to allow other racers full view of the track, please take a step back if so
3. We have fuel consumption in some races. So if you want to finish the race, you have to go into the pits, stop your car, press and hold the lane change button and your car begins to refuel after a few seconds. Then you can leave the pits and continue with your race. If another car is in front of you in the pits, you have to wait unfortunately, you must chose carefully when to pit and how much fuel you need. Time your pitstops carefully. Going into an empty pit avoids waiting for other cars to move. If you fail to pit before your tank is empty, you are automatically out of the race which is done by the computer. Keep an eye on your fuel level, the computer will give you a warning giving you 2-3 laps to pit before it's too late. DO NOT RELY ON THE MARSHALLS TO TELL YOU WHEN TO PIT.
Refuelling outside the pits is STRICTLY prohibited and you will be disqualified from the race
4. If you have to go to the pits, please try to move to the end of the pits to allow space/room for other cars which have to enter the pits (etiquette and being considerate)
5. When marshalling a race, you must not put back a crashed car in front of other non crashed cars. Let the other cars go pass first. Do not disadvantage other cars for someone else's mistake
6. Do not to shout/criticise/throw a tantrum at the marshalls (which is difficult when the adrenalin is pumping)
7. If you accidentally enter the pits, you must take on some fuel. No drive throughs allowed. If so, a marshall will pick up your car for few seconds
8. Fuel burning rate will be the same in every car, and the same applies for the size of the fuel tank of each car. There may be small changes in these settings for each type of race

Fulham Digital Scalextric Club is a small private club which is available for parties and corporate events. There is no membership fee.
We don't take the racing too seriously, it's all about having fun and participating.
And marshalling
