"I went right up behind the police officer..." good move....creep up behind a police officer as he is arresting someone. thats a good idea. i cant imagine why he may have done that... its impossible that he percieved you as a threat...being that you are walking up behind him taking something out...

I don't know why the opening clip is part of this...the guy goes to swing what looks like a 3 foot long hatchet at a police officer after being told multiple times to drop it...and then shaking off a tazer. Should the officer have waited for the man to hit him in the face with that and kill him?...
