If you're using the browser on your phone, you can't reply to comments from the link your email gives you. You have to do it from the video on the mobile site, or do it from the full video(not the comment page). It won't let me do it from that page on my phone either, and sometimes just randomly wont let me comment on my own videos. Its pretty annoying lol. But my laptop sucks and my phone is better and faster so I always use it.
