I like the description of the hip&shoulder movement and how the movement are used to create an effortless swing, especially with the one handed BH. Can't wait to test it on court. Can surely recognice what ur saying about the over-usage of the arm when sort of trying to force through the BH (usually happens when short of time for proper preparation). I guess that when I have the time for proper prep before the BH stroke and it feels good, propably I'm doing the right stuff more or less. I mean when it feels good it probably is good. Good though to have a better understanding of why it feels good.

Hi can you please tell me whats wrong with my tennis. i play in div 1C havent lost a match so far in that div. i seem to get an excellent technique in a forehand, it stays with me for a while then when i come to practise or play again i find ive lost the technique and my forehands terrible. this happens over and over again.i also noticed that when i verse players who are not very good (low standard) i play very bad against them, i still beat them easily but i am very disappointed with my play.and when i verse good players i play well, i beat them. But my loss in my forehand tevhnique shortly after accuiring it frustrates me SOOO much. when playing against players with low pace in shots i play bad as well. PLEASE help :( i keep losing my forehand technique
