Apparently some HPs dont let you change this in bios and changing to High performance in CCC is the option. However I do this for skyrim but its still laggy as. @jafroteen Duh, Youtube only updates the view counts periodically...Im not sure of the frequency but its not instantaneous. This is why there can be more likes than views for a video that is new.
