Local Live is a local television program in Austin, TX proudly created by KVRX for TSTV (Texas Student Television)

The show features independent, local, and sometimes national acts and airs during the school-year on channel 16, Time Warner cable; channel 15 in UT dorms; and channel 9, antenna.

Now in its third season of production, the televised version of Local Live has presented a variety of musical acts ranging from local rappers Bavu Blakes and Tee Double, dance-rock act Ghostland Observatory, and cello-driven Pompeii to national acts such as The Hold Steady and Crooked Fingers.

We thrive on diversity, and air what we like.
