VIOLATION OF FREEDOM OF PRESS IN HONG KONG
Andy Tsang Wai-Hung, the Hong Kong Police Commissioner was dramatizing the whole story by protecting his secret police during the Legco Hearing on Aug 29, 2011.
He tried to fool the Legco Committee Members that the TV News Reporter and his camcorder was a "black shadow". It was so farcical and absurd that it became the biggest joke in Hong Kong instantly.
The truth is one secret police was placing one hand trying to block the camera lens and another police was standing in front of the camera in order to prevent the news reporter from filming the truth which clearly violated the freedom of Press in Hong Kong.

Here, Andy, Tsang Wai-hung, the police commissioner was dramatizing the whole story by referring to the suspect secret police/plain-cloth guards from PRC as "colleagues" and the TV news reporter and his camcorder as a "black shadow". It was so farcical and absurd in his speech that he had succeeded in making the entire Hong Kong population laugh and himself a laughing stock, internationally. The truth is, the secret police was actually trying to use his hand to block off the camera lens from capturing what was happening at that time, which was of course a serious violation of the principle of freedom of press in Hong Kong.
