Golf 2.0 TDI Start Up Blue Smoke 2
Cold start of a 2008 Golf 2.0 TDI 140
Glow plugs went out before the car was started.
I believe that this smoke level is not normal.

It has been into VW, but they couldn't replicate it in the workshop. They saw this video and did agree that it was not normal. They were not sure of a solution, so fiddled with the ecu which has done nothing.

The car has only done 34k and is less than 3 years old, do you think the plugs could have gone in such a short space of time. Also it has done this before when the tandem pump failed, is it likely that this could have happened again?

Golf V TDI 125kw COLD START -20c
it has been standing two days in -30c. Not plugged in, so it was cold as hell. (Offcourse battery was dead). Sorry for my bad english.
