What I usually do keep the center line, flare out, pull the nose up, throttle back 60 knts, vertical speed indicator 300 fpm. Works like a charm. Flying is fun.

That was a quick takeoff. I fly too. I can imagine twr told them "cleared for immediate takeoff". That means get out of there fast. Throw the throttles to the wall because there is probabley another aircraft on short final about to land on that same runway.

Those grey flashes you see in the engine on takeoff are normal. Its just low pressure air as its entering the engine. Its always there but not visible unless its a humid day.
