As a Brit i think a good way to keep calm etc is to have a nice cup of tea! if its late at night have something caffine free like camomile, I also enjoy having a shower to feel better. I think you look really beautiful in this video, love your new hair!

i dont believe in God, but I was taught at school that God loves people and that we are all his children. And as far as I know you cant pick favourites when it comes to 'children'.
