Zoe is 10 years old and has Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Because she is confined to a wheelchair and is often left out of activities her friends do, Zoe has found a love for music. She enjoys singing and dancing in her chair. You will find her "rolling" along while she watches her favorite artists "rocking" out live. Among her favorite artists are Taylor Swift, Framing Hanley, Selena Gomez, P!nk, Kelly Clarkson, and a great band everyone should check out called deepfield.
SMA is a fatal neuromuscular disease that Zoe battles every day. She has surgery twice a year to correct her scoliosis - she has had 12 surgeries total so far. Zoe has a bright attitude and a contagious laugh. You can help kids like Zoe by visiting www.curesma.org.
