So i write here. Shutting off the lights for ONE HOUR is a step in the right direction. I am all for this kind of collective responsibility. Although the reality is this - lights are the most minor part of our electric usage. Much more energy is consumed and WASTED by computers, refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners, water heaters, electric stoves, etc.
We need an entire paradigm shift. Its coming!
And as I said, your video and the action it is promoting, is a step in the right direction.

What a wonderful idea. I had thought of the same idea too! That communities should get together to turn off lights completely certain days out of the year. I think there should be an Earth hour every month. Anyways, I will participate in my home town and try to get others to join me =) Take care!
